1. Business Information

JF Property Group is a trading name of Jamie-lee Flint, operating as a sole trader.

Services are provided across Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All cleaning services are quoted based on property size, condition, access and service requirements.

Property Oversight services are offered at structured rates as displayed on the website. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, location and access requirements.

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Deposits & Payment

Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For deep cleans and end-of-tenancy services, a 50% deposit is required to secure booking dates.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For monthly oversight services, payment is due in advance of the service period.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

If cancellation occurs:

• More than 48 hours before service: no charge

• Less than 48 hours before service: 50% of service fee

• Same-day cancellation or no access provided: 100% of service fee

Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation falls within the chargeable period.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property.

If access is not provided at the agreed time, the full service fee may be charged.

JF Property Group accepts no responsibility for delays caused by lack of access.

6. Scope of Services

Cleaning services are carried out according to agreed specifications.

Property Oversight services are visual inspections and reporting services only. JF Property Group is not responsible for structural surveys, compliance inspections, tenant disputes or legal property management unless expressly agreed in writing.

Maintenance coordination services involve communication and arrangement only. Responsibility for works remains with the appointed contractor.

7. Subcontractors

JF Property Group reserves the right to appoint trusted subcontractors where necessary to fulfil service requirements. All subcontractors operate under the same service standards and insurance requirements.

8. Liability

JF Property Group holds valid public liability insurance.

Liability for any damage or loss shall be limited to the value of the service provided.

Clients must notify JF Property Group of any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

JF Property Group shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside the agreed service scope.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure the property environment is safe and free from hazards prior to service attendance.

Services may be refused if conditions are deemed unsafe.

10. Force Majeure

JF Property Group shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
